many thanks
Yes enjoying your walk Paul.
Many thanks its a good walk
I love your videos I've learnt a lot ...Vic, Australia
Awesome! Thank you!
I enjoyed the video as usual Paul.
Certainly a very walk and no wonder you were tired.
When watching the video i feel as if I am walking along with you.
Nice image's as usual mate
Catch you on the next one.
Glad you enjoyed it it was a good walk
I always enjoy seeing parts of Britain that I've not visited. Never been to Ennerdale. Very pretty with the mixture of autumn colours and it looks like 6.5 miles was just enough.
Did just over 12 miles urban safari yesterday in the bitter cold and rain (never trust a weather report), legs and back totally goosed today ... getting old.
urban i am thinking to have a brake from landscape and do a bit of urban
There's more coffee shops ☺@@paulcomptonpdphotography
thats true
Yes! I love when you take us for a walk with you. I live in US and won't get to see most of the places you visit. Enjoyed the photographs with the beautiful fall colors.
Glad you like them! thank you so much
Cracking video Paul. You got some smashing photos too considering it wasn’t the best of days, well done. The colours were lovely and some moody skies, all making for great photos. It looks a good walk for a nice summers day, if your into walking 6.5 miles lol :).
Thanks for sharing I really enjoyed it 😁👍
Thanks 👍 it was a hard walk for photos but ok i think
Great video Paul nice to see you in my neck of the woods you missed the waterfall on your way back but never mind 👍
it was good
Great video buddy thanks for sharing great photos i see your video on warter proof socks and i got my self a pear amazing bit of kit thanks again for the video
they are amazing, love them
Hi Paul enjoyed this video as usual this one especially because 1 I'm from West Cumbria & secondly I've walked Ennerdale Lake three times this year all giving me a different set of images. To begin Paul you took the correct route going anti clockwise around the lake its much easier under foot when you reach the other end for that long walk back. I really liked your set of images especially the different colours of Pines in the distance.
Lastly this may surprise you but when I do my walks I always use a GPS Tracker & those three times I walked Ennerdale the Tracker gave me the same reading its 7.5 miles not 6.5 like the sign post suggests.
7.5 miles thats not bad then it felt like a good walk
Not far to walk to the water and bridge from the carpark. I can do that with my rollator. Thanks for another great vlog.
yer the bridge first one is easy
Lovely walk that Paul. Excellent late autumn images too. I remember walking the full perimeter of Thirlmere Reservoir in the Lakes with my son and a friend many years ago after the area had experienced flooding. My sons boots were completely goosed after that as a result of paddling through the many becks that fed into the reservoir. Did I notice you using a ball head on your tripod instead of your usual geared head?📷 👍👍
it was a good walk, but would of been better with company
I don't comment too much about the videos because I enjoy them all sometimes more than once, but I really enjoyed watching you on this one, not only did it bring back memories of when my late Wife and I walked here many years ago, there were a lot more Fir/Pine Trees there than there is now and as a result of some deforestation its opened up more vistas, and you captured some superb images along the way, I'll have to go back there again and do the walk which you did at some stage, one of your best Videos in as much as it was different, more of the same, I'm sure others would agree, Best wishes, take care , Colin.
you will have to just to get one more good walk
Mountain adventure on RUclips did a video on them ear buds as a microphone
really thats interesting
Them samsung ear buds you have got you can us them as a microphone as well iv got the same 👍
that would be a good idea
Do you see any snakes on your walks? in Australia you have one eye up one eye down looking for the rotten things.
Not never have, we do have some here but never as yet
Ta
