    Thank you for this overview, I like it! However come notes. It seems s&h circuitry in Modulator doesn’t work. Then no need to depress all the time key demonstrating sound, just press down ON switch in VCA section, s&h circuit in the Keyboard module will keep the last depressed key voltage. Multy mode in VCF and VCA EGs begin to work properly when SUSTAIN knobs are set to 0 position and stop oscillating in 0-1 position. Filter has constant tracking of the keyboard voltage. Portamento is only for OSC1. The tuning trimming pots under small lid don’t have markers but they are impressed in the back side of this lid. Of coarse I am sure you know all this, I only want to supplement your description.

      Hi Vladimir! Thank you for watching the video, and for your comment with extra descriptions! The Polivoks is a fun and unique instrument and I am still exploring its sounds.
      Yes, the S&H circuit is not working correctly and needs to be fixed... any idea on what part needs to be repaired? Maybe a capacitor recap/replacement or something else?
      Hope you are doing well considering everything going on these days. Thank you again for creating the Polivoks, it is a great synth. :)

    • @vladimirkuzminpolivoks
      @vladimirkuzminpolivoks 3 года назад +17

      You first need to look diagrams in control points especially on V4 as these pulces open s&h circuit V3C6. The cap C6 is good itself (non-electrolitic) I hope. May be all is good as the cirquitry is very simple. And all you need will be to warm up with soldering iron all sodered points around s&h. Thank you again for video! Yes I am good these days and hope we all will be healthy in NY. Good luck!
