    This is super interesting, thanks. I've been working with a brain spotting therapist for the last 18 months, its expensive and i have no idea how it's working but i have had multiple ptsd triggers resolve and have had a full year without time off work in burnout or suicidal ideation now. I did traditional therapy for about 10 years on and off before that, but needed to try something different as i couldn't keep having suicidal dips. I'm a mum.

    This method is amazing literally has changed a lot in just one day!! I was doing something a similar thecnique but just focusing on my body stored energy but the eye thing is definitely the game changing. I think that we should differentiate between trauma (is more strong) than emotional shocks (less strong but more frequent)

    I dont feel any difference when I move eyesight. Any remedy?

      You need to"activate" or connect with the emotional content of the event.
