The production of this is crazy. Vocal, gayageum, and guitar are also great, but Hwang Hyun-jo, who silently created all the sounds while taking on MIDI, percussion, and second guitar, is a crazy talent. She's such a genius artist.

They are a kband! They are named Kardi (The Korean word for heart) with Yeji as the lead singer. They are phenomenal. Check out their Rising Sun cover. Its part of a show they competed on, but it is a flipping genius display. Kim Yeji is such a rare talent. The way her voice breaks but doesnt crack in the peak of her belts...its like fragile screaming. I adore it. <3

Привет Ник! Композиция не обычная, но привлекает внимание тем, что используются не стандартные инструменты. Слышала не одну песню с использованием народных инструментов это завораживает. My 2 favourite covers of this song LEGENDS NEVER DIE are by KARDI and by FORESTELLA .BOTH ACTS WERE FORMED FROM INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS AUDITIONING ON JTBC SURVIVAL SHOWS SUPERBAND AND PHANTOM SINGER 2 . Forestella do multiple genres as you know…ALSO including k-rock like LAZENCA, SAVE US. Only thing is as much as I love KARDI, I cannot listen non-stop to Yeji back to back ….its tooo much to handle in a binge session. Forestella I can just have on all day . 😅
