Where's the dark undertone? Puppy cat was suppose to be a outlaw from Space, betrayed by his love and "cursed" to be a dog-cat, fighting monsters(possibly once friends, or enemies disguised as friends) while we discover his dark past hidden behind cute designs, hiding the dark truth.
-Now it's all just cute designs.
It's like Adventure Time in reverse.
I understand it's still too soon to really judge this series, but I'm getting really impatient, there's only so much cutesy randomness I can take in four full episode, and apparently this qualifies as a a whole season?

I kind of miss that from the pilot. The pilot alluded to some epic story, it really drew you in. But the recent episodes have just been... you know. Bee and puppycat doing whatever. I really hope that more will unravel as the series goes, but so far it just seems like a bunch of random and cute things.
So did I . I was really looking forward to the backstory, :/ and they even said I'd have to wait.

Mid season already? It hasn't even been like 5 episodes. You know when you announced you were making a series I thought you were going to air it every week, or at least every 2 weeks, but you make us wait so long for each episode and now it's already halfway through? Mind you we technically only saw 2 episodes since 2 episodes is only 1 story. But seriously it's already mid season? You can't make it until 12 episodes or something like they usually do with cartoons?
I know me complaining here isn't going to change anything but just let me vent it here because I really really like Bee and Puppycat.
Yeah I understand. It's hard when something you like has only a few episodes to spare. Hopefully they'll make more soon. I really love this show
piplupcola We wanted to get out episodes as soon as they were ready, but unfortunately that means we have to make this break in between this set and the last six eps. The series is hand-animated, and that, along with the fact that everyone working on it puts SO much thought and effort into every step of the process, means that it takes a really, really long time to get done.
We were funded for 10 six-minute episodes, and we will absolutely deliver on that!

Thanks for working so hard. I apologise if I sounded mean in the first comment. I just really love Bee and Puppycat. As a student in Animation I understand the hardwork put into 2d animation, I even did a fan made short of Bee and Puppycat for my Semester Assignment, got a distinction for thay. And even though that short video I made was only 16 seconds long, it took almost a month to finish by myself, so I'm really glad to know that your team is putting so much effort into this show. I'll definitely be waiting for more after the 10 episodes are done, I think Bee and Puppycat has a big potential to be popular just like Bravest Warriors did. Thanks and sorry again.

it's been two years since we gave Natasha over a million dollars and there's still just 24 min of this show made...
I know that the episodes are taking forever but making one episode takes a shitload of time. You have to come up with a plot, make a storyboard, make a script, voice the characters, make an animatic and then finish it up. I'm not sure how long it takes for this show specifically, but I do know that for another cartoon, Gravity Falls, it takes over 6 months for this process.

Asher Scott I agree. There's other animators who produce more content with less resources. It can't be that they don't lack the creativity. There should've been enough to work with to give a season's worth of material especially with Deckard fleshed out, his sister, they could've slowly introduced back that whole prince thing... The thing is there's advertisements on the videos on top of the kickstarter that should've been enough to create more content. Plus the merchandise is extremely marketable.

I watched the Netflix version, it’s almost the same but it’s not as chaotic which is one of the things that drew me in to the series in the first place
They ruined the show
the comic was wild, puppycats favorite dish is so good because it's made with 1000 souls of the innocent 😆
The only thing Netflix commissioned was the first three episodes remaking S1 so that they could put the 13 episode S2 on the platform and actually have people watch it and not be confused about why there was no S1. The 13 episode season 2 was made way before Netflix got it and was supposed to be released on vrv, but got leaked online. I haven’t seen those yet because I wanted to come back and rewatch the original S1 first because the remaining 13 episodes were created way before Netflix got them and were based on the original version of S1 rather than the 3 episode Netflix remake

*SUPER BASS*
One of the biggest points in the kick-starter was to _"get more episodes and fast"_ or at least that is what is said in the kick-starter *maybe four or five times or so.* This show really isn't holding up to that at all. I guess it's an okay show concerning the art which is pretty nice, -even though content-wise it is pretty disappointing with having so little episodes and none of them really addressing any kind of real plot and only half of them having anything happen at all in the episode besides Bee's awkward humor that doesn't really land half of the time- but in any case, it's safe to say that the creative team is definitely not delivering with this show.
I think it's like the adventure time or Steven universe idea,first they show the first few episodes with stupid random things but then it slowly turns in to more then just stupid things and actually having a good plot in the end as a surprise(kind of sort of). but I have to agree that they don't give us what they promised,the delay is way too freaking long,don't know is it about money but I feel like I can't wait any longer

It been 10 months since this episode came out. You guys made almost one million dollars on Kickstarter for this show. I know that animating is hard and takes a long time, but with that money you court hire more Animators. Also, there has been no updates on this series. You practically stole money from thousands of people.

WeirdAlSuperFan well I'm pretty sure that's the joke. Nothing about Temp-bot is ever permanent, only temporary, just like the jobs she gives out. Also, it's an amazing way to get a whole bunch of really cool people to guest star on the show without creating a bunch of extra characters.

Well scooze me princess for wanting what I was promised! The pilot introduced a bit dark story about a cursed outlaw who we can only assume is one of the two main protagonists. In her first mission, Bee received a cool suit and a sword, and they fought a japanese-like monster, super creepy by the way, and they finished it off with an energy beam. HOW COOL IS THAT!? But the actual series? Bee suddenly gained a 100 pounds, they switched the style completely, it's not even fun anymore, the main problem is not killing monsters but looking cute, and the villains are not even cool, original creatures but...giant cats? WTF!? What happened!? This is not what we wanted! Give us what you promised!
