Dr. Sam Loomis in Halloween was actually named after Sam Loomis in Psycho. John did have a tendency to name characters after friends though. Tom Atkins as Nick Castle in The Fog for instance.
I would say that Nancy was my favorite in the first Halloween movie. I have to admit I had a crush on her when I was young. I thought she was beautiful. And every time I see that movie to this day. I still say she’s my favorite.
My favorite scenes in Halloween are the ones that Nancy is in they shouldn't have killed off her character Annie so early,I feel that they should have had her last close to the end but it was meant to be that Jamie Lee Curtis was the heroine of the movie, I didn't know that Nancy was pregnant when they made the film
