@@aidenpeters8616 I use the K&N 69-8620TTK intake. But it's vehicle specific, so do your research if it's not a 2013 Toyota Camry! You don't get any performance gains (only 5.95hp) but it sounds amazing, still to this day amazes me. I have a fly by recording on my yt channel if you wanna hear it.

@@aidenpeters8616 You gain 5.95 HP from the CAI but that's nothing that will be noticable. I noticed slightly better fuel economy, but very slight. I really only got this CAI cause of how good it sounds. If your looking for performance gain, this (as well as any other CAI) is not gonna give you over 10hp but the sound is unreal. Price fluctuates but it looks like K&N might have stopped manufacturing it so you have to get it off of Amazon for about $475 Yes, it works extremely well, I have only had to change the filter once since I got it since it had been 2 years, and I recharged it myself for 15$. I have no complaints at all and absolutely love the induction noise it makes.
Not quite, but the 2 cars are damn close (V6 vs V6, stock vs stock). I haven't raced this gen Camry V6 from a dig, but I was able to walk a 12-14 XLE V6 from a 60 mph roll in my 2017 Accord V6 sedan. I barely pulled on it until about 75, then I started pulling away a bit more. When I let off at 110, I was just over a car ahead. To be fair, I do have a premium fuel tune that adds maybe 10 horsepower if I'm lucky lol. Stock running on 87, it probably would've been a tie as stock vs stock is a driver's race between these cars. I did get to run a new Camry TRD from a dig the other day and put almost 2 full cars on it from 0 to 90. It actually pulled ahead a tiny bit until about 30, but after that my Accord just walked away from it. Seems like the TRD lost steam after it hit 2nd gear and was never able to recover. Meanwhile, the Accord didn't miss a beat into 2nd and 3rd. It's possible that the TRD with its 8-speed auto could've gained back some ground after 90 because the Accord's 4th gear is painfully tall, but the race didn't go long enough to give it a chance.
At 7 seconds he was already at 75 mph or about 120 kmh. So the 0-60 was about 5.9-6.3. But really who cares about 0-60? 20-80 or 40-120 is a better way to show the performance of a car.
@@noahpickerill3749 nah I had a stock 2007 camry that I bought used in 2018 from a car dealer who also bought it used from overseas and it still did the sprint in 5sec flat easy.. I even raced a 2009 C class merc with it and dusted the mercedes remarkably!!
Never ceases to amaze me how quick that 2GR-FE engine can be.
3.5 L V6
I have the inline 4 2013 Camry with the k&N intake and it's one of the best intake sounds I've ever heard. I do wish I had the v6 tho :(
Hey at least you have a fast 4 Cylinder with that K@N air intake tho 😉
Which one bro and did it improve anything with the car? Looking to get one for my i4

Dude im so getting a 2014 Camry with a K@N air intake. That V6 I'd already quick but that intake makes a world of difference
This gotta be faster then accord

Buddy a 2012 Camry se v6 is faster then ur accord v6. The Camry does 0-60 in 5.6 sec and the accord is 6.2 sec
@@th83 not bad. when you raced the first camry , you said you were basically inching away after 75mph and id assume around 90 the gap got bigger?

Can somebody explain to me what a K&N intake is, and how to get one on a 2012 Camry SE?
How do you launch it without the wheels slipping?
Don’t floor it right away, ease into the pedal
@@yourfather5324 you don’t always have to ease on the pedal what I would do is go about 5 miles per hour then floor it

Too slow.. I counted 7seconds! It should do it in 5! Cos the 2007 camry v6 limited edition does it in 5sec flat
