This is depressing, and is just the tip of the iceberg.
yes
The Boris dancing clip is hilarious
Great video. I was going to add some stuff about the U.S. bombing of Cambodia and rise of Pol Pot, because that's regularly overlooked, but you were on the ball.
Another thing that gets overlooked regularly is that during the Korean war, before China got involved, the U.S. sent "accidental" bombing missions into China to bomb Chinese villages and infrastructure. Also, the CIA staged multiple invasions of China via Burma, which are almost never talked about. But you're right, and it would take multiple books and supporting resources to go into all of the interventionism done by the United States.
Amazing video comrade
So appropriate for this date.

Here in Brazil, the CIA disposed of Joao Gollart for his support of left movements and workers, and they use the military to acchieve that, in that time the military receive approval of the bourgoies media of brazil. The military start to control the media, the education, the politics, killing hundreds of left movements, sindical leaders and alleged "socialists". They also oppressed racial minority and religious one (the military was catholic). But after the worst economic crises of Brazil history, in the 80s, the workers unite themselfs and end the military regime. Now in the year 2021 a lot of right wings movement wants the military regime back again to destroy the workers and leftist movement (because it rise since the fall of the military) and end all social advancements in brazil for workens and minorities in the past 40 years.
Left out the US interference in the USSR 1991 plebiscite
America : stop meddling in our democracy!
Russia : what democracy?
The American Oligarchs and Their political puppets : Lol yeah what democracy. RëPūBLìÇ!
Russia isn’t democratic either, don’t forget that
@@downwindfish1 who said this?
@@downwindfish1 well that's literally America's fault
The more I hear about this America thing the less I like 🇺🇸 👎
You forgot to mention the support for the Brazilian military dictatorship, and the recent coup in 2016, followed by the help to elect Jair Bolsonaro. they even sent Steve Bannon to "help" with the "strategy" for such campaign.
A post Capitol insurrection documentary from a leftist point of view would be interesting imho. Subscribed. Good videos btw
Pain and suffering caused by the USA will be remembered for centuries
The South Koreans won’t remember it. And unfortunately the North Koreans won’t know why it is they live in one of the most totalitarian, oppressed nations in history, while their South Korean brethren, not “comrades” mind you, are living in a highly-developed, technologically sophisticated nation with high quality of life.
Always!
Pain and suffering caused by Russia will be swept under the carpet and forgotten.
Great video man!
Discord invite expired 😔 I was gonna ask some questions I had about historical materialism
Why not link your discord?
Good work. Though I think you went a little easy on the US here. For instance, no mention of US control in Cuba _after_ the 1922, until the Cuban Revolution, which was so overwhelmingly popular in Cuba that America chose to fund it in hopes of gaining control of it, rather than aid the regime they had installed there prior to the revolution. That's how much Cubans hated America's guy.
Yeltsin did not win because of the United States; he won because the Russian people wanted freedom from communist tyranny, and Yeltsin, despite being a horrible person, was still the only viable non-comnunist candidate.
must be why the russian people voted for the communist party again in 1996 only to be stopped by election meddling in favour of yeltsin... the guy had a 5% rating on polls versus the 60% popularity of the communist party of russia yet literally beat out the communist party somehow
Would love to see your analysis of the Biden administration. Outlook into the future development. They are far from socialist, only compared to Trump.
Good video!
Well made comrades.

Great video! Can we still call the US imperialist? If so, could you make a video on their current imperialist actions?
China(Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet, and HongKong), Russia, and Venezuela are prime examples
@@My-nl6sg how are any of those examples of imperialism? They are historically Chinese
@@nxthy6978 I'm talking about the US attempts to infiltrate and destabilize those regions of China which is some of the most blatant acts of US imperialism in recent years.
@@My-nl6sg I’ve only really seen that in Xinjang, Hong Kong and tiawan but I’d be interested to hear about what they’re doing in Tibet. I’ve not heard much about it
@@nxthy6978 The imperialist activities targeting Tibet is indeed not anywhere as intense as for example in the 50s or in the 90s, yet nonetheless there continue to be direct funds and operations by US government agencies. The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) directly funded by the US congress has this www.ned.org/region/asia/tibet-china-2020/ page outlining ongoing projects.

Its mostly a thankless job.
Where has communism ever benefited anyone? History shows communism while sounding good in theory always ends up brutally oppressive and very deadly.
Did you not watch the video?
@@nrhoofcare7724 Do you not know 20th Century history?
@@Gpacharlie yeah I bloody well do, but not from the US imperialist perspective.
@Syphax Atlas European socialism is not marxist communism. It is a hodge podge. Unbridled capitalism is a disaster too as it becomes an unregulated autocratic oligarchy. The system in the US is a representative government supported by a philosophy of individual equal and inalienable rights given by God and enforced by “natural law.” The USA is an “on-going system of managed revolution” always seeking a “more perfect union.” Not yet perfect but still striving for it. Socialism suppresses innovative revolution and squashes active rebellion. The US system is not perfect but so far its the best system we humans have come up with.
Umm, it turned Russia and China from backwater feudal countries into space faring superpowers in a few decades that lifted millions out of poverty.
Imagine a world where you didn’t need to benchmark your politics against Russia.
Russia, with everything that Russia is and has done, is still an absolute saint in comparison to the US.
@@kostyac6411I agree, but do not forget Putin is a capitalist. Hes made many anti-communist statements.
Russia may be a saint in comparison to the most powerful political entity in history (The worlds bully), but its still imperialist and exploitative. We must not loose class conciousness or forget our allies from our enemies
Americans are like Nero, they're always fiddling. Also there is a word for that. It's called 'exceptionalism'.

the brazilian version of the "april's fool" consists of the date when the last military regime took effect. João Goulart (Jango) was just another president and was a "leftist" one. opportunists call him the last of this kind before luiz inácio (their current major representation), who shares a very similar discourse: "unity, democracy, and reform".
the pressure from peasants for the right to land was at that time so high that it forced him to enact a land reform, which touches on the topic of semifeudality and how it holds back the national bourgeoisie, but doesn't solve the problem since the landlords (today branded as the "Agrobusiness") had some of their land bought by the state for it to be distributed and could purchase more of that somewhere else.
jango was yet tough on maintaining his image of a leftist and even refused an invite from the yankees to jointly invade cuba. john kennedy grew unfond of and worried about him, so after promoting propaganda against him the usa organized a whole military operation to depose jango consisting mostly of getting on their side high military officers (though not all of them) to conduct campaigns throughout the country and guarantee the accomplishment of the coup.
as a "leftist", jango had no true plan of resistance and fled to uruguay, where he bought a farm. he later supported the brazilian Broad Front, that counted with opportunist parties, including his own (PTB), and when it not surprisingly failed to peacefully oppose and bring down the military regime he retired from the political career and focused on managing his lands
