      It's most likely from a 3d film camera with multiple lenses. It takes 2-4 images at the same time from slightly different perspectives to create that effect when put together. Check out the Nishika N8000!

      I don't think so, with nishika the subject doesn't move, it change only the perspectives of the 3 lenses

      its probably just choosing 2 frames a few frames apart and flipping back and forth real quick, thats all it looks like to me
