Not so sure after recent nerfs, it's typical for blizz, give 2x buffs ( for example blast was buffed twice 10% ) and then give 4-5x nerfs / keep nerfing it to the ground so no one play it any more, don't forget Cvark is pro player, judging by his gameplay its very misleading
arcane absolutely has all the tools it needs to be an s tier pvp spec. even in this "dumbed" down version. however, by no means is it easy. this arcane mage is a top caliber player. like it was incredible to watch his plays.
Its sad to see this many bad players against Cv, it would be better to call players that know what they are doing, putting a glad/higher like Cv against this guys its boring to watch.

i somewhat agree. this dudes gonna hype up arcane for people for the wrong reasons. he is always so good.
Th he have some bug that makes them 15% stronger they are trying to keep under wraps apparently.
