$52K analysis is spot on. Very glad you are sharing it. It's one commission income & small to large IMOs spin it many ways that end up really just lowering the agents net pay.
Thank you very much, David. You’re an excellent teacher! I’ve done well in telesales, but I don’t enjoy it as much as face to face, so I’m preparing to get out into the field. Thank you for the encouragement and all this valuable information! I’ve been talking with John and once I’ve got more money to start up, I’d like to join your group.

Hey dave, thanks for info! I see in the examples you've given that the face to face agent would on average make more than the telesales agent in net cashflow...is that the trend you're seeing in your agency?
I think the cash flow potential is equivalent. The real question is whether or not the agent is best suited for telesales or face to face, as most have a penchant for one or the other.
David. Awesome video. Especially near the end with the numbers. If I'm doing telesales, do I have to reside in the U.S.? Or can I reside anywhere in the U.S., or the world, and do this with a phone or over the internet? Just curious if this business could be "portable" worldwide.
Taxes..?
Hello David - I know that I can do this!

Really great overview of what can be expected for cash flow and what it takes to get to 6 figures!
Thanks!
Can a new agent get sued?

Man I've been watching you for awhile now before I even became an insurance agent hahaha
Awesome =)
Great Video Dave!
Welcome!
Great value David! 💯
Thanks!
What do you recommend when you have to go in a really bad neighborhood for a lead
Don’t do anything risky. You can always try to call ahead to preset the appointment if you are comfortable that way.

Great video! So in your face to face example, an agent is spending around $4400 per month on leads to make around 28 sales per month, correct?
Amazing video!!
Thank you!!

Where would using zoom fit in ?
Only in under 50 markets. I wouldn't do ZOOM in final expense or Medicare.

Yes it's worldwide portable. Just make sure you maintain a US state residence.
Thank you for taking your time to break this down for us! May your sincerity be multiplied back to you many times over!!! 🙂
Appreciate it!
Roughly how much for 30 fresh mailers
$1000 to $1500, depending on the state.
Thank you Mr.Duford, I prefer Duford over Cody Askins. (my personal opinion) no offence.
Thank you! Cody’s a good guy.
If I made 10,000 a month, I would work for 10 months a year.
Sounds good to me =)
