Tof powercreep is not in weapons for last 1.5 years, it's in a gear you was upgrading for those 2.5 years, so it's not matter anymore if you whale like crazy, you just not gonna be strong enough to beat up endgame content, well isn't it a thing in WOW as well where you play for months, and may be even more to get through content in a game to become stronger and get to endgame, with a good gears and old weapons you can clear most of the content, but there is more, since game always counts that content made for 8 and up people you most of the time will be not able to clear it solo no matter what you whaled and what gear you have, you need a lot of people to do the endgame content anyways
If Ananta really doesn't have Gacha in it. One thing I imagine, they will follow in the footsteps of GTA Online. They can succeed and can be destroyed in just 1 year because they bet on innovation that has become commonplace in the Game. According to the information I got, Ananta is not a Gacha Game because there will be no Gacha in it. For sure I will try Ananta for 1 month.
You don't normally include gacha systems for a first technical test though so its absence doesn't really mean anything. Genshin, HSR, ZZZ, Wuwa etc all had no gacha in their technical tests either.

Only 2 guys is an extreme turn-off for me. But if they don't force unwanted waifu fanservice (they will) onto people who don't want that, and just make it a fun game w/ decent story, I'd be ok with it. This isn't what's gonna happen. It's gonna be a fan-service filled waifu harem maker. And y'know what, that's not a problem. I just wish they kept it all-female like Azur Promilia since they clearly don't give a damn about male characters. The baiting and dishonesty are what I hate. Not the waifu harem theme itself. I just know someone is gonna fall for the bait, regret it later when a year passes with no new guys, complain online only to get mocked, develop a grudge towards the game for what happened, etc. And the company doesn't care cuz they got their money and inflated download numbers from the game's launch already.

Having a game that mainly has female characters with a small number of males can cause it to form an off puting community towards people who like males, in the sense that every male that gets released will be HEAVILY doomposted by the players.
