What church is that? The complex and church grounds is huge. I’ve been to Bahir Dar before and some of the monasteries on Lake Tana but I have never seen this specific church in the city limits. Looks rly nice. And i feel horrible for those poor ppl by the church entrance, I’d give them a bunch of money if I was there.

He is a "professional" beggar! These are very aggressive and loud. Some have physical injuries/disabilities. And most of the time they are richer than the ordinary person that walks by them and throws them money.
But there are really miserably poor people that don't go out and beg because they are not made that way. Their children go to school with bare stomachs, can't afford medical help.
Results of capitalism and unparallel economic growth.
