    That was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Massive love and respect for both gents. Just a quick note... Tigers had lost 6 straight before they went on a 9 games winning streak... Lost last 2 matchups of regular season (as The Storms usually do) then won last 3 to win the comp in 2005. Rugby League is a crazy game at the highest level. Hope everyone has a great season. No matter who U follow. Stoked to have footy back. Let's laugh, celebrate and commiserate together. Go footy fans!

    Great interview. Find it funny that every grand final he’s been involved in has been against a team he’s coached at some point. Panthers, Tigers (pre-merger) and Cowboys.

    I miss 2005-2010 Tigers when our style of footy was focused on attack. We might not have been able to defend but we could score point out of nowhere.
    Funny to hear Sheens say that's how he intended it aswell it really showed with the games we played.
    These days we can't do anything I wish we had that spark and attitude of attacking at all costs.

    1994 Canberra raiders probably the best football team of all time or atleast come close to it. 1998 Brisbane Broncos

      What about the 1980, 1984, 1985, 1988, 1995, 2004 Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs mate? Some sides in there!

    • @docgonzales
      @docgonzales 2 года назад +4

      None of those doggies side had anywhere near the amount of h.o.f that the 94 raiders had, most stacked side in history.

      @@masterbeernuts9344 I don’t like Canterbury for what they did in the 88’ grand final to Ellery Hanley never forgive them for that. But I will say the dogs always somehow got to the grand final with out as much talent as the other teams a great club no doubt. But position for position in each team it’s hard to go past that great raiders side.

      As a raiders fan I remember we were almost unbeatable that season I couldn't believe we lost that qualifier to the dogs but in the end it probably helped us more than it hurt us

    He is the key to fixing the Wests tigers not to place too much pressure on the man, if he fails it will be because the tigers are beyond repair but that will not be apparent until he has begun to weave his magic

    Tigers made a mistake by signing adam blair. Good player but he ruined the tigers style of play. He could never get his lines right running out wide and caused alot of problems with that freeflowing type of footy they were playing playing at the time.

    Sheensy needs to be coaching the tigers again. Look I don't even blame Maguire for their issues, but he doesn't have the personality Sheensy has.
    A coach like Sheensy makes you want to play for then vs Maguire who just yells and doesn't seem to have any personality.
