      It can happen if you just stand up too quickly period. Doesn’t require you having been asleep. I routinely lose vision while standing up too fast, so it’s a matter of degrees. Super necessary

    • @Amehdion
      @Amehdion 2 года назад +10

      It's a bad ref thing. If you severely daze your opponent and stop, the ref might allow the fight to continue and because you didn't press the advantage your opponent might recover. This is one of the worst things that can happen in a fight. It's not good for you, who might lose now because all it takes is one well placed punch for the fight to turn, and its not good for your opponent because they may end up taking more damage than is strictly necessary. Really the best thing for both fighters is to continue to attack until the ref stops the fight, and hope that the ref is good enough to know when to call it.

    • @DexterHaven
      @DexterHaven 2 года назад +4

      @@Amehdion Yeah, there have been fights people thought they won and then lost. But some KO's are obvious. Hendo didn't need to punch Bisping on the ground that hard. Mark Hunt looks like a boss with the walkaway KO's, same with O'Malley. That is a good trait, I think. They don't care if the fight goes longer -- a chance to win twice. That's a good attitude too.

    What happened with the Luke guy was his brain literally on the verge of death. I saw a very similar reaction after pulling a man from the waves at a beach once, he hit his head on the sand body surfing and got knocked out and was drowning. I don't know the medical reasoning, but I assume it has something to do with the Autonomic nerve system, like when we shiver to generate warmth, the movement was his muscles trying to squeeze blood to make it move to the brain.

    One of them that, to me, was kind of insane was Rampage vs. Lidell 2 in the UFC. Rampage cold cocked Lidell and Lidell went rigid. A few seconds later, after the ref checked on him and teams were entering the cage he looked around like "why the hell are people in here? I have a fight." Like he went ktfo to alert real quick.

    The guy at #8 who waved his hands right at the other fighter saying he's done. The guy keeps hitting him 4-5 times 3 after the guy was knocked out. No self restraint or common sense. The fighter waved him off. The ref omfg how stupid.The same with #1

      it’s not morally right but you gotta understand that once you’re in that ring u fight to kill and you fight until the ref says otherwise the only ppl at blame are the refs.

      @@GunsNGamez Morally? Have either of you even watched MMA to know the rules? You keep fighting til the Ref stops it. Many fighters have eased up on their opponents and lost as a result when their opponent recovers. Fighters are told by their camps, by the refs, not to stop until the ref stops it. "Fight to kill"... LOL STFU.

    Hey bro you got some good fight analysis and nice videos. A small tip if I could. Give a little bit more time at the end for the point of the point to seep in. The last thing you say in number 2 for example about how the guy was practicing evading defensively even though he was unconscious. That's some serious shit, and if you milk that a little bit longer it will have much more impact as far as the video is concerned. A good way to make each ending statement seem more impactful. Even just giving a few more seconds for someone to think about what they just heard before moving on to next point without analysis, it's a small dumb thing that will help your videos like this a bit.
