get rid of them all, you do not need the wet primer, the two on the top of the carb just put one single line to each other, ive done many of these and it will start perfect with just the choke door being close, but what is most important is the carb must be perfect, fulcrum, diaphragm main adjustment mixture
There is a reed valve i think it needs. Probably the reason it is leaking so much fuel. Found one on Ebay, but someone got to it before I could buy it. It also needs new bearings on the wiper shaft. It's on the list to do. Thanks for watching!

I wish you had shown a close up of the carb on the motor, mines got some funky fuel lines on it and I can’t figure out where it goes
