    The link in the description shows houses WILLLLDLYYY EXPENSIVE. Maybe getting a person who will help you with the residence and who is indeed an expert would be waaaay BETTER than just checking those LONG NUMBERS IN THAT WEBSITE

    Tangier and Casablanca both are far from AGADIR AND TIZNIT. I live in Agadir and yes its cheap but the residence in Casablanca is high due to the fact its the capital of the economie and there is a lot of people living there compared to Agadir, whilst Tangier is located near Europe and its way developped than Agadir und natürlich Tiznit as well

    • @lil_chaima
      @lil_chaima Год назад +7

      @@bachanamikaia Morocco is a Muslim country. They don't tolerate having gay, lesbian,trans ... as an occupant, who'll be living for a long time. Due to the fact that Morocco as a whole country doesn't support them. I wish I was helpful. I also would like to add if you are going to say that you're a straight guy and act like one then they'll be welcoming you. The people are known for being extroverted and helpful. Morocco likes to keep the old style of life, when there is a wife and a husband, even if they r not compatible they like to keep a good looking image of themselves .

    Just a small correction. The closest two points between morocco and europe is 14km (you said 20 km). Yes, no restrictions for foreign investors, we are a capitalist country. Dependin on years Morocco has been the first to the second country in Africa in term foreign direct investissement. Also locals invests so much in their country but we welcome foreigners as well. The economy is verry stable, no risk of loosing big values of the property (you can check the real estate prices since 10 or 20 years you will find that there is growth but reasonable one. Not crazy ups and downs). Also theire is solid banking and finance system (you can even finance part of the investment by taking a loan with fixed rate). The money and inflation is verry stable since several years this is to enable investors (locals and foreigners) to have some visibility for the future (because uncertainty is the enemy of investors:-))

    Also I'd like to add.. We Moroccans don't speak 'arabic' ,we speak a dialect of arabic that only us can understand ; but we learn arabic at school, so indeed it's one of our languages.
