    Thanks for the video and frequent posts. Nothing like watching tree work after a day of tree work. Also, I appreciated the working through the dark footage because it reminds me of how hard we were grinding when I worked in Jersey. I'll get some content on here once I get my go pro mounted!~peace mang

    Great job. I like the sensation of feeling like I'm right there with you. A lot of people mispronounce my last name and say bro, which is incorrect. So everytime you said Bro, it was like you were talking to me lol I appreciate that you list your equipment in the description. Stay safe...

    Great trim job ! When doing jobs like that I use Makita XCU06Z LXT 10 in, saves a little more energy and it super light!

    Are you going to a video about moving to Davey? I am living in Fayetteville, NC working for a major tire manufacturer with a small tree business on the side. Tree Stuff did a webinar last week all about Davey and I am seriously considering it. What are your thoughts now that you are there?

    HI have the green petzl flow, I use it with my RRpro and I love it. I also have the petz. Control but its too thick. I use that with my zigzag but even the eye on that rope doesnt go threw my zigzag like it’s supposed to. I used the control with my zigzag but then I got the Rope runner pro and that is what I prefer to climb with.

    Thanks for sharing this, I am in Australia and we don't have many trees like this. And where I live it does not snow. It's interesting watching your technique. And the equipment you use. How long is the orange Petzl rope you are using?

    Why are you using the petzl Omni as a connection point from the zigzag to your harness ? It's not ment for that. It's only a 15kn carabiner. So why are you using it like that?

    • @stefanedentorp1946
      @stefanedentorp1946 3 года назад

      Omni Triact Lock, Major axis strength:20 kN. You're right, it was designed for closing harnesses often used by cavers. Maybe there are other carabiners that are better suited for hanging in all day long. I prefer the DMM carabiners like the UltraO Durolock, but I don't have the Petzl ZigZag though.
