Guys this method is for professionals only. I applied this during a tug of war. And the rope started to tighten around my stomach. I had to SCREAM to stop the competition in between. So DONT TRY such stunts without proper training

This is "The grip" format which I know of. The court is pre measured and small trench grip is provided to every player. Also, Altering the trench grip is not allowed. Here, the rope moves but not the player.
