i just updated the app, and now all of my music folders disappeared and every time i try re-download all of it back, it doesn’t work or try to. i’m disappointed

howdy friend. I was having issues finding this thing in particular my self just now. open Docs and it is the + at the bottom right. they done moved it lol

@@dadthelad its a free app called "documents" ios didnt always have the ability to download things natively, this app allowed that, nowadays its not as necessary but its still a good app that i use for downloading and playing music locally

@@dadthelad Also allows you to unzip files, and possibly even zip files. It also allows you to edit things such as .txt files.

Let me draw your attention that according to Apple’s standard policies of subscriptions on apps (support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039), once a trial ends most subscriptions start automatically thus you’re automatically charged for the subscription.
Getting back to your request about the refund please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription first. We would like to draw your attention that we are not able to cancel a subscription on your behalf.
1. Open iOS Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions.
3. Select Documents.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see such an option, this means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
As for the refund, the thing is that we have no possibility to send it to your credit card directly as all the billing processes come through Apple. You may contact Apple directly to request a refund. Please follow this instruction:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com using any web browser to view your purchase history.
2. Sign in under the Apple ID you used to make a purchase.
3. Find the item on the Purchases tab. If a charge for an item is pending, you haven’t yet been charged and can’t request a refund. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
4. Tap or click Report a Problem to the right of the item.
5. Choose ‘I’d like to request a refund’ and describe why.
6. Hit Send.
