A Neos MAX8 would for sure have been nice but thanks to Herpa's genius move of first making the Neos Dreamliner now seems more unlikely. And yeah, basic LLC's should be on the absolute top of Herpa's priorities but they just don't seem to care.
@@BongoPlanes Herpa must understand that its survival Is linked to the models produced and to the fact that there aren't competitors! If only NGModel (the top player in 1:400 IMHO) would start to produce 1:500 models, life for Herpa would be really difficult! Herpa needs to produce easyJet, Wizz Air, Ryanair, Volotea, Southwest! Außerdem ist das aus Papier. Ich denke nicht dass die Leute so etwas kaufen würden. Die Antwort auf die Lh 789 Frage weiß ist weiß ist ja mal komplett lost. Typisch herpa halt.
I also don't believe that they will end the year with only 2/3 delayed models and I am happy to bet on it and do a forfeit if I am wrong but practically giving away 5 models is somewhat too much. But thanks for the suggestion.
Herpa it's very simple really, fix your QC and make the following models if possible: Asian based airlines: ANA, JAL, Cathay, Air India, Korean etc Cargo based: FedEx (B777), DHL (B777), SF, etc Americas: Southwest (duh), Spirit, Copa, Latam etc Other: African, Australian (not just Qantas ) etc Every release we get a bunch of Lufthansas and/or European models; been there, done that. Literally, Asia is the hugest market on earth by far and I can't tell you the last time we had an exciting Asian release . Cebu ?? No one cares about Cebu sorry. Get it together Herpa.
Totally agree with you ! Unfortunately as Europe is there biggest market and Lufthansa there biggest customer Herpa seems to concentrate on that market and they don’t even do that well … I to would love to see more Asian Airlines and other Australian Airlines other then Qantas ! Be bloody fantastic !
@@jasonmannigel79 I'm so fed up that now I rely on customs. If I had to do it all over again, I'd go to 400 scale. So many more options and they have plenty of international models, not just European (German) models.
@@sliferxxxx yes mate totally agree , I should held on to the small number of Aussie 1/400 I had …. Unfortunately they went to fund my Aussie collection of Custom models as well , Virgin Australia B737 , Jetstar , Alliance and REX ti which I have a sizeable Aussie collection in 1/500. With a few more to come . I prefer the 1/500 scale more is limited to space although 1/400 more options and more detail
I really hope for Herpa to make Lacsa, Grupo Taca and Copa Airlines from Central America in 1:500 scale soon !
