I understand your point but 90% of Brazilian zouk events/festivals use also "Zouk" instead of "Brazilian Zouk". When we talk we use "zouk" because it would be tiring to always say "brazilian zouk" so I think it became normal to use just "zouk".
@@ZoukTown I understand but by doing that the actual Zouk suffer from it. Specially because it is not mainstream like Brazilian zouk. Someone who doesn't know anything about any of the dances will only associate zouk with Brazilian zouk. I've been in this situation many times when I say that I dance zouk and they automatically think it's Brazilian zouk.
@@SBKZMedia because it's not well known we don't have to care about it? Obviously it's not your culture so YOU don't care about it. Either I think what you're saying is sad.
@@stephanejarel2418 Bigger things replace smaller things. It has always been this way. Almost no one bothers calling it brazilian zouk anymore. It's just zouk for most.

Hey guys, it's beautiful but the title is misleading. This is Brazilian zouk not Zouk... Which is very different! :) kindly

Most people in the world have no idea what Zouk/Brazilian Zouk is, so don't worry about it.
