I was reading the new graphic novel for Eleventh Hour, got to this part of the story, and immediately put it down to come back to this video for the first time in years because it's so burned into my brain as exactly what this scene looked like. So hi and thank you for that!

I would bet that this was done by a comic/storyboard artist with a tablet. There is no rough, just final line. adobe flash most likely. edit: just read info, yep a storyboard artist lol.

I keep coming back to this because this is /so/ damn good. The clean animation, the gestures and expressions, not only is it great art but it perfectly encapsulates the characters. Seriously, this is a 10/10, cannot recommend enough.
I love how Clint plays (or, I guess played) Merle as being this evangelist by modern religious standards. Like... “Pan loves you anyway!” Is *not* what someone who knows about Pan would use as anything but a threat.
I love my dad to death, he has raised me alone as a single father for most of my life, but Clint is the kind of dad everyone wants and he is precious and must be protected.
This animation style is adorable, hilarious AND DAMN DUDE THOSE LINES!!!!!!!!! Like legit I was smiling and giggling throughout the whole thing, this animatic is fantastic.
