I think you have not correlated the thread Ids and shown the deadlock or why the application is hanging with your demo application...
Rest all the session u have explained how to capture it and how to view it and the options of tools. If you could have shown a bit more of correlation, it would have helped to large extent.

This is limited content on Thread Dump Analysis which we have covered in just 1 hour and 20 minutes. We actually have a dedicated training program where we take 5 to 6 sessions on Thread Dumps analysis and Troubleshooting and all the above-said things will be covered in that.
