Crossbows have nothing to do with agility... in fact, they definitely reduce agility considering how big and annoying they are, you ever tried to use a crossbow? They're insanely heavy unless you're using a hand crossbow. Plus, even if something super heavy somehow made it more agile, agility and sight are completely unrelated.
