@@blackman5867 Most of the 80s pop songs I heard growing up sounded like this but in Spanish. If you are latin american in your 30s you listened to this kind of music all your childhood because it's what your parents listened to.

I am here for Midnight Pretenders after listening to Out of Time. But then I got hooked by Cindy's Angel Touch. I really love it. It reminds me of the chill '80s and '90s sounds.

I rember listening to this playlist a year ago when i was at one of my lowest points it was summer 2021 i was 13 fresh out of 7th grade and hating my life cause no one understood me cause of my mental health problems i felt alone and isolated i loved listening to these kinds of songs in the wee hours of the morning when i should have been asleep cause these songs just resonated with me somehow even tho i couldn't understand japanese this is the first time in about year since i listened to this playlist and i got hit with memories and just thought that my life was so diffrent just a year ago and that things are better now i started crying out of happness knowing that i got through that and i was came out okay i still have problems with my mental health and also have discovered i may have some mental illnesses but im doing better and i know that i can get through anything cause im going to be okay
Edit: im doing better rn i just got told im going back 2 school soon im going 2 be in 9th grade and im going 2 b reciving mental health help thx 4 all the love

The night was falling down fast, leaving the sun dusted for the next rise. Driving down the freeway your favorite song, (Insert City pop), comes up and starts playing. Turning the sound knob slightly up, you start to enjoy this feeling. Almost as if there's was some nostalgia for something, but you couldn't put your finger on it. Looking around, you see no one but yourself. taking a deep breath, you flip the pop-up lights up, and switch them on. Watching the moon overtake the sky, you allow yourself to remember the good times you've had, and imagine how many more were to come. Putting your foot to the pedal, you finally speed off to the highway, leaving your sadness bound behind.

The anime/martial arts fantasy, great food to enjoy it with... oh, and video games. Glad the influences of J touched my life! You probably wouldn't have the opportunity to listen to all this songs. Back in the eighties, there was no internet, youtube, spotify, etc. only vinyl discs, they were expensive and you would also need someone to tell you that type of music is good. And it was not called japanese city pop hahaha
