Shots from energy weapons, like lasers, /should/ keep going forever, at least until they hit something or their energy dissipates into the vacuum... but on the Trailmakers map, which wraps around like a 3D Pac-Man board, that would be a Very Bad Thing (TM)... for reasons that would be a lot of fun to experience, so hopefully someone eventually develops a mod that allows it.
Tut on how to do Nassau: Build a platfor with 4 monster wheels, slap a turret on that moves with servos, slap 20 emps on the turret add 2-3 guns and use negative gimbals for downforce. Also slap on 20 shields and ur invincible!! ez
