If we are giving rent individually to a person who has Leased the house from owner . In that case can the Lease owner throw us out anytime without any prior commitment. And are we not covered by the insurance in this scenario?

Very informative video. I love your new home. One advantage is it is easier to clean the stuff in the house due to materials used to make. I agree with your tenant insurance points. However, it is just a waste of money. I have met people who are renting or buying homes for 10+ years but the home or tenant insurance never gave them any benefit. Its like nothing ever happened.

Realistically you can get 1 bedroom apartment for about 1100-1200$ including all the utilities and washer dryer if you look for it, you won’t find it but it’s worth giving a try
