I remember seeing this 10 years ago and thinking, "Oh that's cute, the teenage metalhead convinced her little sisters to play along with her. Then as the video kept playing I thought, "Damn, that drummer is really good."
About the same reaction I had. Then you look at how very young the drummer and bass player were at that time and they were actually competent on their instruments and you think "gotta keep a mental note to check in on these young ladies once in a while." Congratulations for them keeping at it and becoming rockstars.
Sorry, I disagree. Part 1 - 3 talented girls developing their craft. Good musicians, vocals needed strengthening Part 2 - Still talented musicians, Vocals really powerful, very balanced rock anthem. Part 3 - Instruments and vocals competing with each other producing nothing but overpowered noise. I Think the second part of the video was far superior.
Saw them on their '24 London show (sold out), drummer was amazing, tiny thing singing with a big operatic voice as she bashed out complex beats on those drums, blew me away, great gig
I played drums and sang lead vocals in several rock bands in Seattle during the 80's... amazing to see others starting so young... a long life doing what you like best is a win win in my book...
@@leefield2985 How did I miss that? Was it at the Fremont? I'm working in SLO now, been going to some shows there, and would love to see them if they return.
I remember that early video going viral at the time. I’ve been a fan ever since. It’s been great watching then grow up and now about to explode onto the World Market. From a cover band to Rock Goddesses. 🎶💖🎶💖🎶💖
I discovered them in 2019 by accident on U-tube. I read the writing under the picture of what appeared to be three young kids playing, and/or practicing, down their parents' basement. I listened to the video and was impressed, especially at the time with the drummer Paulina. She was really pounding those skins. After I listened to the cover of Enter Sandman, I shut down the computer and didn't think anything else about it. I lose track of time, but I would say two years later, I was on U-tube, and the picture on the screen looked similar to those three you kids, only older. Well, after I clicked on the video, I was shocked. I couldn’t believe how they've grown, and let me tell you, it was obvious they were great, still being so young
Required follow-up viewing - their live performance of their new arrangement, complete with strings, from 3 months ago. That performance completes the circle.
I only recently discover The Warning. Thanks for the great early history lesson. I'm even more impressed knowing how long they have been at it Helps explain why their latest album is soooo good!
Sow cool. Great to hear them. Now in 2024. And great now that we hear them. It is November after we have the Americans who have nothing of their music.
I remember watching them a long time ago as kids here on RUclips. I thought it was great they were so young and playing Metallica. It looks like they are all grown up and are a band ? Edit: I just discovered they are a band. That’s so cool, good for you guys. No offence that I’m not familiar, other than watching the video as kids long ago, I’m still stuck in the 1980’s. Still haven’t gotten over the breakup of WHAM lol
Man, I love this band and a magical parents, and they rock. I mean, it's truly. I'm going back to a new day. A new era of rock rock and roll man and there's a real deal and Dave. I mean, they grew up doing this and. I mean more power to him. I hope they become one of the biggest rock bands in history. I mean, 20 years from now. Yeah, lower well, now you're not gonna replace The Rolling Stones of The Beatles. Are over led zeppelinner, but yeah, they are the real deal. And I just can't wait to hear some of their new Original songs. And they are exceptionally talented and I like the 5 string based at the that she carries the fire string based at the base guitarist used and I wish the league guitarist would. Alaska, it's the the best the best. I mean the best. Electric guitar ever made and get one like the Peter Frampton head with 3 pickups. Oh yeah, that was just a that was just rock and roll. Will never die. Love you warning.

I'm not into AC/DC and all that but..... they really have it together I remember struggling in high school just to play a 3 chord CCR song correctly lol
What incredibly talented girls. It is fantastic to see more women playing instruments in rock bands.
Love that they stuck together and became an epic band.
I absolutely LOVE these young ladies.

I love it when the younger generations bring back real music, real rock n roll.

Incredible talented family for sure. Seeing them today and how successful they are make me wonder where they'll be in another 10 years.

Cool to finally see current footage . We've all been through so much, and so many distractions. Great band, great sound , what else can I say?
Isn't it amazing what absolute talents and skills that kids obtain if they're allowed or capable of pursuing before society gets a hold of them !

Little badass wannabes, to big badass rockstars touring all over the world, what an amazing journey, the best female rock band out there right now.
Yes, was at the Fremont and they were the main act. I can’t remember who went on before them
It’s pretty amazing that she can handle the lead vocals AND the lead guitar part… Metallica doesn’t even play it like that.
