@@errcoche i've seen some UK company making kits to have panels waterproofed and used as house roofs, interesting solution... too bad the panel sizes are not more standardized. Not sure how they would resist to freezing cycles. Too many sizes, just like the damn mobile phone chargers in the past.
The problem is that if you replace these panels you have to change the distance
How are you accounting for the manufacturers required gap between panels for expansion and contraction?
does it leak between panels? can you put some butyl tape inbetween panels to minimize leaks?
