The Great Manchester Run. This videos was filmed from 9am till about 11 45am so if you was on Chester Rd after 11 45am when my SD card got full you won't be in this video.
The guy who died will be on this video...... You will have captured the last few seconds of his life as he died 100m from the finish. It was incredibly sad. I saw it happen. RIP
So sad to hear this mate i did read something about a guy collapsed, depends what time it was? I filmed this up to 11 45 ish but there was a lot still passing up to 2pm.
@@KevinTV60 I need to check my photos to see what time was on the clock. I THINK he dropped at about 10.30am. So would have been an 8.40am wave guy I think. So you will DEF have captured the last seconds of his life.......... He def died before 11am as I left the finish at 10.45 to go back to the start for my wave
I was one of the photographers there, I spotted him fall just a few metres away . Folk were straight on him trying to help. . Very sad and upsetting indeed . Really sorry for the family 🙏

Have they disclosed any details as to what the cause of death was? Always sad to hear news like this at running events.
