- This is a simple yet effective morning hygiene routine for younger men. This is my go-to almost everyday, there are obviously some days where I don't even have the energy to get out my bed. I hope you enjoy

i do reccomend changing up your body washes because you can switch to less harsh options that help your skin so much. Also i recommend trying other deoderant like dr squatch because aluminum deoderant is pretty bad for you. I would just say that you have very chemical dense/harsher products which you should switch out soon with softer more natural products.

@@ctuggs5350 The deoderant i would suggest would be Dr. Squatch's ones. They smell amazing, and they are easy on the skin.
For bodywashes the target homebrand one is really good. I forget the specific name, but the target local body wash brand is chemically soft.
@@ctuggs5350 I loveeeeeee Dr. Squatch's deodorant. Super soft on the skin, smells amazing, natural, and probiotic.
I'm still trying body washes to narrow it down to one, but i would recommend looking at lance bakers channel.

You're not a doctor to say which deodorant is good or bad, cause everything is individual. And aluminum in deodorants is safe, I read it.

Argan oil
Jojoba oil
Castor oil
Olive oil
Peppermint
Rosemary
You can use it on the beard to. Makes it very soft 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

@@mrdukui'm a bit very late to this, but the reason you shouldn't rub in a fragrance is because it destroys the top notes making it last less. hope this helped!
