I enjoy staying on track with current training. Very different from the M-16A2 training back in 1983. We were trained to make the shoulder pocket by moving the elbow out. Now it is tight to the body. Much better control. The barrel doesn’t do the figure 8. Thanks.

I Truly do appreciate you & the sacrifice you gave for our country.. Sirry Im just ranting from the stress of this Freaking covid shit.

Just reminds me that striving to become an expert in really anything is nothing more than mastering the fundamentals. Thanks for going over safety manipulation because it is almost always overlooked in training videos. I also don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone mention about getting so high on the grip with your dominant hand on a rifle. I guess it is another manipulation that translates from pistol to rifle. Really appreciate you putting out this content.

When you teach a kid to ride a motorcycle, one common mistake they make, is that when they feel the acceleration, they start cranking the gas even more, and it turns into a total shit show. That's my best example to illustrate the kind of rookie mistakes I'm looking to be aware of for when I get ready to take my first shots on a carbine. Any common rookie mistakes you can get me thinking about now would be great. Thanks

I notice a lot of people place their light on the side versus under the barrel. Is there a benefit to that or is it personal preference? I almost feel it would get caught up on obstacles being on the side versus under the barrel.
