Simple ops pensi9n ka 50 % ha Ups. Ops me basic + da ha. Aj da 50 % ha. . Next 10 uers da 100 %. But ups me sirf basic ka 50 %. Simple. After 10 yers if basic is 100000 + 100% DA . YANI PENSION BY OPS = 100000. PENSION BY UPS = 50000.. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😢😢

Apne jho withdrawal facility bataya hain woh tho same to same NPS ki jaisa hain.. Agar aap paisa withdraw kar lete hain tho apko kam pension milengi aur agar aap withdraw nehi kya hain tho jyda milenge.. Tho isme guaranteed pension ka kya logic huya?? Please explain.
Pension in the NPS is Market linked. So Pension can be more or less without any consistency. UPS Pension is constant and market won't affect it's amount.
@@callofgamer4940 So that means our indian economy is growing up day by day.. So in future Market will must be in a higher growth.. That means NPS amount will be more than UPS so pension will be much much higher than UPS.. But it's in the worst case scenario if anyone consider and India's economy totally collapse then in that case UPS will be good right?otherwise NPS is better right? Is this the case? Can you please let me know? and this is the only benefit in UPS or any other perimeter is there compared to NPS?
@@bankersYaar I don't think NPS will give higher pension. As DR won't be there. Example one's pension might be 2 lakh after 20 years. But due to inflation the 2 lakh of 20 years future will be less present day value of 2 lakh. In NPS pension will not increase, so pension will be same 2 lakh in future 25, 30 and 40 years but the value of 2 lakh will decrease significantly over these years. So yeah UPS is better than NPS.
@@callofgamer4940 but if you consider one person choose NPS and one person choose UPS.. After 25 years the person who opted for NPS got 4 lakh as a monthly pension as it is not depends on last basic pay he or she got and his or her money is growing rapidly in those years and that person who opted for UPS Suppose his or her monthly basic salary was 2 lakh when he or she retired so that means he will get 1 lakh as a pension.. Now over the years DR will be applicable to the person who choose UPS and the person who opted for NPS will get same pension, now can you tell me how many years and how much DR will help that person who opted for UPS to get the same pension as compares to other person who opted for NPS. And one more thing the NPS person can withdraw 60% of his money anytime but is it applicable to UPS person also? Note: last drawn basic will same for both the person.
