Ghooper aussieasmrguy is a RUclipsr who has some good videos on ASMR hair. A personal tip would be brushing/combing your hair or spraying water from a bottle in your hair. Those are definitely ASMR trigger points.

I'll answer you right now but I'll insert your question on the next FAQ. It's because of the sun. I spend lot of my time on the beach under the light of the sun that makes your hair bleached. That's it! 🦁
so usually you don't use wax or hairspray, right? I just hope it's not to bad for the hair because I have to use it daily otherwise I'll look like chubakas male daughter. My almost 9 month hair is still to short for a bun so I don't know what to do. Already tried a bun and it kinda worked, but it looked completely weird. I hope that my hair can handle some more wax and hairspray for the next 3-4 months on a daily basis..
Using these products every day isn't good for the health of your hair but if you look like the Chewbacca's male daughter... Just do it. Anyway, you killed me with this comparison! Hahahaha. 🦁
Ghooper ok I'm glad that you liked the comparison 😆. I will try my best. Somedays I will go without any hair products but it's way to hard atm. I'll see. I don't think that I have any hair loss so far from these products. I read that's normal to lose 100-200 hairs a day I don't lose more so it's okay. Thanks for the motivation as always and keep going! Isn't it time for the 2 years hair grow video? 😏
Yeah I should do it but right now I want to make other things. And, for the hair growth, I'm thinking to make something different because timelapses gets on my nerves by now lol 🦁

Ghooper it's mostly kreatin but it has another consistency. Your body can absorb it better because it has a better PH value. It gives you more power and boosts your stamina. And there will be no diarrhea 🤣 I tried it a year ago and it worked for me.
