Im impressed with the professionalism of these Wardens! All I've run into should take lessons from them! Respect for them, None for the ones in my state!
Rules are rules. Everyone deserves the same chances to find them. If there is a certain time to start it needs to be honored. If the guys are going to run, they admit guilt. No different than poachers.

Yes. We don’t have a “shed season” it’s just the wildlife preserve is closed to protect the elk on their winter range. You can shed hunt public land year round as long as it isn’t closed.
This is your standard answer to all law enforcement. ' Officer I do not answer questions I'm going to leave now unless you are detaining or arresting me" Then LEAVE! If you are detained or arrested, the only thing you say is I invoke my right to a lawyer. Then SHUT UP.
Washington State you got to buy a permit cost like anywhere from 150 to 500 annually. Just to get on most Land. Indian's make you pay for a guide or buy a permit. Either way it not worth it. Try going into private Land They got their own security. You won't leave the road. Logging companies own Way to much land in this state.
I live in Washington state. This comment is factually inaccurate. There is private timber land primarily owned by weyerhauser, nuveen, rayonier and green diamond. But there is a ton of public Land where shed harvests like this take place, along with hunting. You need nothing to collect sheds. You need nothing more than a valid license, tags, and a weapon to hunt wild game.
Yea that is a little crazy but jail is over a 2.5 to 3 hour round trip and that puts them short handed so unless it's a major offense no need to tie up a officer dir that long
I cant believe how shed hunting has become... it's getting so cutthroat because they now have a $ value. And social media hasn't done it any favors. Just a matter of time till they shut it all the way down...
Yeah shed hunting stinks now, and honestly I blame social media more than anything. 20 or so years ago barely anyone did it, but then it completely blew up in popularity after social media and now everyone and their mother thinks they're a shed hunter. 20 years ago I never thought there would be shed hunting laws, but here we are.
@rodbelding9523 I know exactly what ur saying. Lucky my state hasn't put any laws in... yet. I talked to a game officer 2 days ago and they have caught 6 ppl in the feeding stations that r closed till may 1st. That's just 1 of the 3 within county.
What annoys me is that hunting is a privilege and you have to abide by the laws and so many hunters are deliberately flouting them. The NRA says hunters are law abiding citizens. Obviously the NRA is lying and they know it.

Great show
Great warden , helping gut and load a kill. Hes all right!
This narrator is superb!
Wardens do alot of "adult" babysitting.
"When we get to the bottom of this we're gonna let you go.."
You guys do an awesome job, but I’m agreeing with at least one other commenter. The shed hunters should have seen the inside of a jail cell.

thats what happens when you dont follow the rules

Isn’t evading an officer a felony, guys already wearing an ankle bracelet. How did he not go to jail?
Game wardens are understaffed and underpaid. They don't want to do more than they have to for something not that major
Same problem in oregon writ8ng tickets for stuff they should have been taken to jail for pitifull
