It's wild to say it but Lufthansa has the worst catering of all major airlines in economy.

Yes it’s true just took the Frankfurt to Singapore flight and the breakfast was horrible
Very nice video sad to see a Lufthansa flight like that. I just took a flight on there 747-400 and they actually a bit to my suprise given some of the other reviews I have seen pulled it off. They do need to get themselves a better breakfast service though. Anything better than Air Canada though lmao

I am flying this route next week, but on the 747-800 and on first class. I've heard an incredible amount of negative reviews on economy, but I suspect the crew is instructed to act nice up in the front?!
I wish you a great flight! I can't say I have experienced first class service before but I would assume this is a major focus for airlines to perform at their best! Safe travels
Back in june this year, i flew from Sydney to Warsaw (Poland), on the first leg i got a Singapore Airlines A380, and then on the second leg, i got this flight with the lovely A340-300, I was very excited for this flight, but when i got onboard, the flight attendants didn't really know what was going on and very few of them had any sort of smile to great the passengers, all they said was "Guten Abend" and "Guten Tag", which i understood because i learnt German. After take off dinner service started and I was looking forward to it, and by the time they got around to me all they had left was the Mushroom pasta which i thought was going to be fine, but when i started eating it, i noticed that it was very tasteless and dry. And then at the end of the flight we got to breakfast service and we were given that crappy eggplant wrap for brekkie, which wasn't a good breakfast at all. Getting off the plane the flight attendants had minimal eye contact and said "Dankeschön". I wasn't too happy with the experience, but i was more than happy that i got that rare aircraft.
That just about sums up my experience too, great aircraft to fly in but disappointing service and crew! Thanks for watching :)

Totally agree, Lufthansa is one of the worst airlines ever experienced with regards to service comparatively ...
They’ve certainly declined in quality!
I'm heading to the US from singapore for my first flight in over a decade, and this route was one of the options. after doing comparisons, reading reviews, watching videos and a whole ton of research, I'm glad I did not choose this option despite the cheaper airfare

I did this flight back in July and I flew PM. Idk if the service was the same but I was actually served two very delicious meal. And both of them meals we had options. I consider my self lucky cause the crew was actually very nice on this flight
Im flying on the Lufthansa A340 in like 7 days so we will see.

But as Lufthansa´s CEO said, they will do a product and service offensive, so the seats are getting clearly better and I think the service will be better as now, maybe better than before the pandemic. When I was flying LH, the crew was friendly and helpful.
Hopefully that happens!
