It wasn’t my favorite move for them to go in this direction (personally) but it certainly gives them a lot of options for the direction they take it in S8, and yes, the acting was amazing!!
Thank goodness I found you!! Took me forever but I loved you on TikTok & thought about you after the episode ended! Thank you for this! Because I was confused at the end , you cleared up a lot. See you for season 8 episode 1. PS new subscriber 🫶🏾

I didn't like the storyline of Faith being alove. I think they're just using this storyline. To make people hang on until Season 8 comes out. But i'm also afraid they're gonna use a lot of it in the beginning Season 8. Everything else in season seven part b I likedd.
It definitely seemed like it was included for shock value but it likely stemmed from them needing to rewrite the finale after S8 was green lit and this feels like the lowest hanging fruit with that would get us all talking and speak up the interest again for the next season!
I like how they played with time including the possibility that Faith could have lived. I haven’t read the books, but I LOVE the show and plan to read the books as soon as possible. From a purely uniformed perspective as to how the storyline would relate to the books, I believe it would add some intrigue to the tone of the show in a deeper way that some of the shorter seasons did not🫶🏽
I love reading this because now that I’ve read the books it’s so hard for me to envision how this would have felt for a non book reader! I’m glad you enjoyed it, I can agree that it certainly adds a lot of intrigue and creates plenty of possibilities for them to play with or explore!
@@k.letstalkYes! I find that when I read the book before watching a show, there always feels to be something missing. In my opinion, that’s because books are so descriptive and detailed so that your imagination can paint the picture. With cinema, it’s more of connecting the dots. Not sure if that makes sense, but I think the added details of the book will amplify my love of the story even more.
@@k.letstalk Also, follow me here… what if Mother Hildegard didn’t know that Meister Raymond healed faith after healing Clair and then did some sneaky switching before burial like Clair did for the autopsy training. The baby may have had a faint aura and he had more power to heal her. Then kept it from Claire and Jaime because he knew that the timeline had to be kept in tact. Which included Claire going back to Frank in the future. But He kept Faith safe until she was grown because he loved Claire and wanted her to get a chance to see her daughter again 👀👀👀
It's an interesting storyline but it does bring up a lot of questions. I'll be curious how it plays out. The acting in this show is phenomenal.

The picture that Fanny has in the book that Brianna repairs is of Jane not Faith.
@@MissTeeFy you’re correct I misspoke there!

Agree especially if this really wasn’t part f the actual book, they’re just wanting to mess with the audience.

ITA! I ❤❤❤ the season 7 finale, especially regarding Faith. I’m excited yet sad for the final series.
