Thank you for making these videos, you play very beautifully and it’s so inspiring to see you play 🥰🩵 just wondering what the first time is that you played?
If you want suggestions for whistles to review, I’d suggest Wild Irish whistles. I also own a Jerry Freeman tweaked whistle, and I think would be cool to hear your thoughts on the brand.
@@MicahDrozdowicz-e5x I have some 😊 Jerry sent me some to review but then didn't seem to want me to review them after that because he'd had some health issues at the time and didn't want lots of orders to come through in one go 😅 I haven't heard from him since 🫤

Helloo. Could you please do the jack and the beanstalk the real story, harp song? 🙏 I think it's a beautiful song and I would love to be able learn it. Thank you.
I’m very interested in the Thorton Blackwood whistle you recently evaluated. I went other site you quoted and there is no reference on the bigwhistle site. Any help??
Not particularly, because a lot of it depends on how well you've warmed up the whistle and the amount of breath you put through on each note... But some whistles are certainly better tubes to start with than others...

Hello Stephanie. I am currently learning how to play the tin whistle on a clark sweet tone. The biggest issue that I am having is playing the d and e notes. Is it my understanding that this whistle requires a bit more air? So would that be less of an issue with this one?
@@RayFromTheHayclan definitely yes, though it's more important to try and learn good breath control rather than relying on a heavier blowing whistle, as generally the 'more air' is needed for the higher notes, not so much the lower notes.

Scalloped holes (he is an Uillean pipe maker), make for very comfortable playing! Definitely my favourite whistle!
Probably my favourite high d whistle. I’m looking forward to the new whistle arising from the collaboration between Thornton and Mc Neely.
I like the design and the dark wood of the whistle!
That is a beautiful whistle. 🍀
Incredibly beautiful music and very interesting video. Thank you CutiePie
👍👏🌹🌹🌹💕.
It’s gorgeous! Thank you for the review
Great whistle! My favorite whistle is my Bb whistle from Roy McManus. It’s simply amazing!
J'ai adoré cette vidéo, merci pour ton enthousiasme !
Thank you for the review it looks really nice

Oh wow. Hope he gets better soon, it would be cool to see what the consensus is.
I love wood instruments, I beleive the wood adds some warmth to the sound. Am always concerned about the upkeep though. great review.
Reminds of a Ryuteki a bit with the scallops. I imagine you can get some good lifts with that.
Now I’m curious
This is a unique take. On another topic, any sign of the next viewer collab?

@ whaaaa!!! I didn’t see this at all, thank you so much for pointing it out. Weird. I always watch for your videos and missed this.
Alas, this ABW whistle is like a high end set of golf clubs that won't improve my swing. Cheers all and Happy Holidays ! 👍

Wooden whistle may warp right? What kind of maintenance is required?
Oiling, yes. Warping nope.
