This show is deceptively good. It can be juvenile, crude, and animation can look cheap. It starts throwing arcs and feels. Then it drops an action scene that surpasses your expectations.

Scissor Seven is honestly one of my favorite animated shows just because even if you don’t take the plot seriously, the animation, comedy, and characters are just so damn entertaining.
Honestly, for a Chinese anime, this one is pretty much a hidden gem, it has balance of both comedy and sad scenes.. and i must say, they did not dissapoint in both of them

Yeah for some dumbass reason Netflix uses the OG subs on shows or movies with other languages even though with show translations they change some shows so the subtitles don’t add up with the audio which is really bad for animes primairly

I liked that there's a good fighting scene but has chill background music

Netflix un mensajito por si lo leen o no, tienen una serie maravillosa en su catálogo, Scisor Seven es una serie que logra ser super entretenida pese a no tener una enseñanza que plasme en su trama, la historia como tal te logra encadenar facil y a simpatizar con el protagonista y personajes.
Que debo recalcar Seven es un tremendo protagonista que se tiro el guionista, mi opinión sobre esta maravillosa serie es un 20/10

This is the only chinese cartoon(anime?) that I’ve watched fully, the character designs are pretty awesome. It’s also a relaxing watch with the comedy and all. Then there’ll be badass scenes. I like the dub. The animation is also quite creative and different. I hope more of these are made.
My fave part of this is that they have a strong female lead and supporting characters
