22nd Feb each year Kenya Scout and the World Scouts celebrate Founders Day.

The Lt. Lord Baden Powell was the founder of the Scouts. He died and was buried in Nyeri Kenya at the Lord Baden Powell Centre and that's why Kenya Scouts Association commemorate this day in style.
The Kenya Scouts County a social will be having their founders camps this weekend from 25th to 26th Feb 2023 in their respective counties.
