ummm i hope they never replace this cast, if you rewatch from the beginning, the OG's personalities shine so uniquely, it really shows you that casting is a skill and they mastered it for this show. Gary, LKS, KJK, YSJ, JSJ, Haha, and SJH are like the archetype for a group of friends imo-- and Somin and Sechan were brilliant additions, so unique lol. But like SJH said in an interview, she wants to be on this show for as long as it lasts with these members because they're family, Monday is their family tradition. And about their stamina, in a recent ep YJS talked about how extreme it really was, they got so competitive there were constant injuries i think the only way to keep doing it would be if they all trained like rugby players lol just made me giggle that he had to point out its not cuz they're old. But tbh JSJ is too old, its almost elder abuse now lol. Maybe if they alter the game, and combine it with avatar, so the OG members act like the masterminds directing maknae couple and younger guests to win at name tag elimination. Could be fun if OG members are all playing mind games with each other just like
I had always been biased towards Song Ji Hyo. I really personally think that she is one of the most beautiful, if not THE most beautiful Korean celebrity just because she is the only one I have watched the longest thanks to Running Man. She is feisty, strong, real, and uncaring of her image. On the other hand, I had always been discontent with how she seems to fade into the background when there are guests, especially female ones and how she had to restrain herself against them so it was refreshing to see hiw comfortable she dealt with Suzy here.
This was early runningman, They were the top variety show then, Suzy was still in Miss A and a rookie Idol. Runningman has been on for 10 years, Song Jihyo although not as active as her early running man days is a lot wittier now and has her moments to shine as well, she's an OG member and she already said on KB that she was on RM when it started and she'll be on RM when it ends.

I have an idea for running man. Since the members are too trained at name tag elimination and they're getting older they haven't played it as much. Therefore, I think they should have an episode where they recruit guests and then train them for a few episodes then have a name tag elimination battle as the finale. It could be an annual competition
Watching this just makes me understand why Kwang Soo built up a habit to just throw the first few games, because everytime he was noticeably leading in points/items/power leading into the final match, they just target him first anyway

The best nametag ripping game in RM are only when the members are fighting against eachother. When there are guests, its not so much fun because the script will almost always favor the guests.
The best moment was during the past episode when Gary vs Kjk .. Beyond expectations Gary could beat KjK 1by1. And when the KjK 100v100 beat the professional wrestlers 1by1

This is probably because they're becoming old and in order to play them the crew and staff needs to rent a mall or use a building to play or maybe it's something related to covid but still i miss the name tag elimination but i still will love running man no matter what. Now the new pd bo pil is making small easy games and to film they always use a small building like a stadium or start the opening outside instead of other places. Although i miss cheol min pd (is that how you spell his name) with his dangerous tours bo pil is still pretty fun and creative since he makes games that are okay to play with in covid.
I'll never get tired of commenting about how I miss the good old days of RM. It's just a bit sad because we all know some of the guests are no longer with us 😢.
