Sir Driving license registration k time hum (Aadhar Card, Blood Certificate, 10'th Admit card, Pan Card aur Voter Id upload kiye thea. But slot date RTO jaa k sirf Dou documents hi Submit kiye ( Aadahar Card aur Pan card ka Xerox) . Mera Online e-signature bhi ho gya aur photo bhi lea liya gya aur learning driving Licence bhi pass kar liye . But kya ye dono documents sey mera Learning driving Licence aa jaayega?

Sir mai kai dino se LL ka slote booking ke liye try kar raha ho. Me RAMPUR(UP) hu mere yaha timing 11am - 19pm tak hai. Mai thik 11am per try karta hu mai jese date pe select karta hu uske baad time per select karta Lekin iske baad jese hi conform slote book per click kara hu uske baad seat conform nahi hoti hai our "LL Test Appointments details not available" dikhata hai iske baad slote book hota hai. sir mai kai dino se try kar raha hu lekin har baar last time per ye hi dikhata hai. Please🙏🙏.............help me sir.

Is there any requirement of RTO seal on Learner licence before applying permanent driving licence ??? Or we can upload learner licence which we have downloaded from website on the time of applying permanent driving licence?? Or we have to collect learner licence from Rto ???
Yes you need to take a stamp & Sign from RTO
