marriage hui march mein, April mein husband aur uske parents ne wife ko ghar se nikal diya.
Ladki ne koi complaint nhi ki, ab husband ne police complaint ki hai ki ladki ghar se 22 lac ₹ le kar bhag gyi.
Ladki ne uske baad police complaint ki hai aur bataya ki husband physical relation banane mein samarth nhi hai, uske kuch old medical precipitation bhi ladki ke paas hai, complaint mein ladki ne forcefully usko ghar se bahar nikalne ki baat bhi mention ki hai.
Mutually ladke walon ne mana kar diya divorce ke liye.
Kaise move kar sakte hain? Kya abhi divorce file kar sakte hain impotency ko ground bana kar ya 1 yr ka wait karna hi hoga?
Gr8. सर शादी को 2 साल हो गए हैं और 1 साल से लड़की अपने मायके में रह रही है वह लड़के पर दबाव बना रही है कि मेरे मायके में ही रहो और 1 साल तक फिजिकल रिलेशन नहीं बने बार-बार लड़की बहकाती रही इसका ऑडियो प्रूफ है अब वह आने के लिए मना करती है तो इसमें सेक्शन 9 या डिवोर्स केस दोनों में से क्या करें।

पत्नी ने ही क्रूरता की और पत्नी ने ही तलाक का केस लगाया हो तो क्या उसे तलाक मिल जाएगा जबकि पति तलाक देना नहीं चाहता। क्योंकि पत्नी ने 125 लगाया पति ने कहा कि पत्नी ने मेरे साथ क्रूरता की। पत्नी ने सिर्फ इस बात को आधार बना लिया है कि पति कह रहा है कि मैंने क्रूरता की है जब मैं करूं हूं तो मुझे छोड़ दो और 2 साल से अलग रह रही है इस को आधार बनाया।

If you have children and they are with your spouse then you have to give
If you don't have children and your wife is not able to maintain herself then also you have to give.
No in cruelty no maintenance can be clained
@@oraclehub9600 In case of P Rajkumar Vs Yoglaxmi, SC held that wife is responsibility and although cruelty has been done it will not affect maintenance
A separate criminal case can go but maintainence has to be given if she doesn't maintain herself

If it is 13(1)(A), then now, how can we obtain the Copy of husbd's Petition.? ... Can wife demand electronic-copy of Petition by attaching the copy of the Summon/notice in an email to the Court-Registrar or District Legal Service authority ?
