No, he does not!
Yes he does mate. Look back at previous seasons. We’d have been in the championship with an 8 point deduction. And all the drama off the pitch - 777, points appeals etc. if we hadn’t had a tough manager who just focuses on the next game and more importantly tries to keep the players minds similarly focused, we’d have been sunk way before now.

Previous seasons have been a disgrace; this manager appears to be a narcissist! WTF did Young even get on that team? He is a liability! His arrogance was on show; it was disgusting!
And yet Dyche keeps selecting the same formation and players! He has f*ck3d up Patterson. This team lacks balance, and we are so sh!t3 in the last third. It is unreal!
The only positive is the fact that the very corporate entity that has f*ck3d us over has, for now, f*ck3d over someone else!
I think he deserves credit honestly even though the clothes is the talking point he did mix things up with the team and he said with training as well to me this was good management and showing that he is giving it all to be true to his words and change the story. Its easy to start calling for his head, sometimes its deserved, but overall what he has achieved is impressive and if he continued to have a stuttering slow progress to mid table over the next season or so what more could we really ask for given the current circumstances.

I don’t know if you ever watch other clubs press conferences but there all the same, don’t understand why .
This was a massive win. Another such win against Brentford or S. United and a point at Luton and we’re fine. Luton and Forest will not win anymore than 1-2 games. Four points out of our next two games would be incredible. Three absolutely acceptable. Come on Everton.
Have been watching 'Sunderland til I die' - its a horror story for football club - whatever anyone thinks of Dyche for now if he keeps us up in 'his methods' is a way better solution than risking anything else at the moment. without points deduction we would be safe - maybe now he could take some more risks on the pitch and ix it up play with freedom - we have been in that must not lose state for some games now as that run went on. Either way its a better state than last 2 years (with points) Bad management of club has caused the deduction - Not Dyche - its a step in right direction surely ? Lets just hope by hook or by crook we get over the line and 3 points Wednesday would be ace :)

I’d disagree we without the deductions have already picked up more points than last season and have some fight we’re still not great but I’d argue there’s a slight bit of improvement

Stick to the tracksuit from now on. A shirt and a tie is okay in a bank or if you are the CEO, but generally the casual look is more and more common.
That game was a disgrace the referee bailed us out of that game you can see the highlights on sky sports...what the hell are we so happy about we won but Ashley young is so dreadful if the ref didn't turn a blind eye we would never be walking away with three points...ashley young needs to never play for this club again didn't turn up for us in the muat win game

I honestly love the way Sean has changed his outfit to be part of the group and has is aware of himself to make changes and reflect on things. Can be a very small thing but maybe had some affect on players. We need all the small things to go our way and this helps too 💙🦘
