Love the way you customize your bags with cool patches and accessories.
Nice review! The Ripstop Bullet Double Compartments are even better IMO for EDC, office use, short trips and as a personal item on longer trips. The Bullet DC16L is the same height and width as this 14L you reviewed, but it adds a second layer GR2 style for more depth and organization, including a built in field pocket. It also adds a QAP. The outer molle is moved to the inner bucket.
I’ve actually got one on the way to test.

BTW - I am looking at installing a Yeti rambler sling horizontally in the top bucket molle to serve as an easy access water bottle pouch.
The 14L laptop Bullet is 3/4" narrower at 10" compared to the Bullet DC 16L which is 10.75". :)
I have the maroon one I got on black friday, also got alpaka elements tech case max, in ocean blue, which contrast nicely with the maroon from goruck. it sits at bottom on inside and allows me to organize a little bit. I also have soft armor in there from premier, I carry a dark angel med kit, extra tq, a few things for off duty. Ipad mini 6, a folding keyboard, a few ssd's in a case, bag surprisingly holds alot! I am waiting on blue one like one you have here to come in, so I can use as a gym bag, spare set of clothes, med kit, supps and a smaller tumbler with a mini shaker ball inside.
They need to fix that front slash pocket. My OG bullet’s slash pocket doesn’t go all the way down. It only goes half way, so getting stuff out it way easier.

Near perfect size and layout. I'd love to see this bag in VX50 which would contribute to the rigidity and help with the floppiness. I'd also want aquaguard zips to protect from the rainy Portland weather I experience 7 months a year.
That would be great! If you like this one - you might be able to get your hands on a CT15 with those features you talked about.

Nope. You’ve got to buy off their site. Good news is that shipping to the US is now MUCH cheaper than it used to be - but still not free. You also alternately can look on the used market via eBay or Poshmark or facebook/reddit bag trading groups.
@@ThePerfectBag have you compared this to the CT15 - is the CT15 more similar in height to the 14L or 16L Laptop? The dimensions on the website looks a little incorrect..

Great review. I have this exact bag, and there is a lot I love about it. However It really leans forward a lot. No matter how I load it. And I purposely do NOT put anything in the front slant pocket , or any items in the front molle as you do, and it Still sits/ leans forward quite a bit.
Did you find it does this on yours?
Is this normal for ALL Bullets, or just this Laptop version?
Possibly due to the added lumbar support? This is my 1st and only Bullet, so slightly hesitant to try regular Bullets if they All lean forward.

Honestly I think it’s the stiff foam in the lumbar pad.
@@ThePerfectBag That makes sense. I know you pointed out it flopping forward in your review. I just wasn't sure if that was something that might get better as the bag gets broken in / less stiff back. Thanks again!
Sometimes my 20L backpack feels a little small. The one 16L backpack I had (matador refraction), was just too small I gave it away. I'd probably go for the bigger size. I like a wider bag anyway cause I have a 48" chest, narrow bags just look too small on me.
Also, I think your description is mixed up with an instinct sling, fyi?
