No check engine light 💡 comes on -I have to pump the gas pedal a few times for my truck to start if I don’t it won’t turn over 2. It kill’s while I’m driving -- someone in the comments help me out 🙏
So my battery died and I got a jump and now the engine light came on.. got it scanned and it is saying I need to replace the MAP sensor. Can a bad battery cause such a thing?

I just cleaned my map sensor for the first time on my 2006 Mazda 2.5 bt50 turbo diesel, it wasn't that bad.👍

Try cleaning your throttle body. It's a common problem for older vehicles.
@@philn5703I am having the same issue. My car won’t accelerate unless I press the gas pedal 3-4 times. I have codes p2138 & p0106 and limp mode😢
Sir what does PS means on Map sensor... like 33 PS, 30 PS?😊
That should be PSI, which is short for Pounds per Square Inch.
1 bar = 14.5 PSI.
So, if you have 30 PSI, that's just above 2 bars.

Hey, there's a chance this was caused by a voltage drop. Do you have any issues with the engine - loss of power or something?
@MechanicBase The engine was stalling and idling erratically. Luckily all it needed was an ECU reset.
What is MF cleaner
