"There are many kings, but only one Lord" Fr. Luka, circa 2024, before his tonsure
to be fair Luka and every Christian
Luca looks like the kind of guy who when he discovers donuts in the office, he raises both hands up near his face, touches each of his fingertips to his thumbs and with a jolly tone says “Don’t mind if I do!”
love these but everytime i hear ruby ring being taken and used i die a little inside
Vargheists do not have swiftstride, just for future reference
corpse cart with TINTED WINDOWS ,.... LOL
Empire without stank n cannons...
Some madman here, I say you
Love the Post Credits-Scene! Does this mean that I'm now part of the MMCU?
Forgot to re-roll 1's to hit with Inner circle knights
Great battle report, as always. I have a question. Why does the Pegasus-riding Wizard, when he fails the panic check, not flee and instead fall back in good order?
If more than 50% of the MODELS the unit contained at the start of the battle, it will FBIGO. Lone character can't Flee basically from Panic and it's in general pretty hard to achieve.
Interesting. That's not what I expected an empire army to look like, I was expecting less cavalry and more artilary or ranged Infantry.
it is the empire of ma'am!
I've yet to see any Empire detatchments being used on this channel in the few times they've taken the field. Any reason why not or is that just coincidence?
I thought you can only change the position of 5 models when redressing ranks.
Amazing how they can't read the rules when all they talk about is the rules.
When in the video?
@@NicolasGarciaJorquera Pretty much whenever they use drilled. But looking back at the rule, I think I was misreading it. I think you can only change your frontage by 5, so you could go from 10x2 to 5x4 and vise versa.
@@cp1cupcake Yes, when you redress ranks you can add or substract up to 5 models from/to the front rank, and then the unit adjust to the new frontage. That could mean moving a lot more than 5 models.
Maybe a dumb question, but why would the undead need to buy drilled? They can't march, so I the only use I feel like would be to deploy a linehammer formation, but you should realistically be in that already, since you were never in a marching column.
you can reform before you charge when you're drilled. Granted, it's not that often you can use it as undead, but it has its niches
Undead can march is they have the fly keyword and vampires can, ie bloodknights but yes the units that have drilled are not these so a little bit of an oxymoron.
probably the wrong place to ask this but;
A Ghoul King has regen 5+ and flammable but if you put it on a terrorgheist which also has 5+ regen but not flammable can you use the mount regen or does the rider's rule trump the mounts not having that rule.
@mountain miniatures How is your entire army in marching formation. It looks like the two flanking knights units are and the big block of infantry are in marching. But the smaller infantry and big block of knights don’t look to be?
You add 5 models. The center does move.
I know you caught you needed more peril checks for the great swords falling back in good order, but aren't they double outnumbered by the zombies and a fbigo downgrades to a break? Or are there enough humans in the combat to avoid that?
A note about marching and difficult terrain: both modify the Movement characteristic, and I think multiplication happens before subtraction.
For example, if state troops in marching column march through difficult terrain, then (4*3)-1=11.
It lowers your characteristic, so move 4 becomes 3, then you march
@@MountainMiniatures March doubles (or triples) your movement characteristic. Multiplication before subtraction, correct?
To clarify, marching does not let you move twice your Movement characteristic. It doubles your Movement characteristic itself.
@@christopherclayton5500 In a mathematical equation, yes, but that's neither here nor there. In this case, (I haven't gone and re-read every pertinent rule) I suspect it's likely a case one one thing being based on your movement characteristic (marching) and the other thing altering your movement characteristic (difficult terrain). You need to take into account any alterations before you derive some new value based off of that characteristic.
@@KyleMiddleton7 To reiterate, marching is not based off the unit's Movement characteristic, otherwise yes the subtraction would occur first. Rather, it doubles the unit's Movement characteristic. Page 123: "A marching unit can double its Movement characteristic."
Not relevant here but did you notice the new wording for the newly dead rule? They changed it.
Great work lads 😎
What's the music used here?
Old World!
Thanks guys your work is amazing please continue forever
I love your battle report. But just one question : why your mini are so nice and well painted, but your square bases suck ? Can't understand why you don't have some scorched grass on them...
Why is every single RUclipsr interpreting the takebacks FAQ exactly the opposite of what it really means? Please read page 92.
umm yes it everyone else that is wrong...
i think you should read it one more time. and then read the faq where they even make it worse...
At a guess, I think the takebacks part is pretty much intended to be tournament specific, just to deal with "that guy".
It pretty much screams (and this is mention in the book) that it is not intended for friendly games.
Hey Steve, just to let you know; The games you play while talking to the chat is getting a little hard to watch. Luca cant keep his mind on the game and the constant talking over eachother is making it hard to follow what happens on the table. Your game, play however you want, I just wanted to let you know.
