In nirbhaya case, they were found guilty and still the court took 7-8 years to give them punishment. And their lawyer also tried really hard to get them out. And in other case of Hathras, the rapists are given no punishment instead they are treated with garlands. Someone should file an affidavit if he said so, said the court which is serious offense. 2. Being principal of the college and the victim his employee he did not file a murder complaint or formal complaint with the police. Instead police filled an unnatural death complaint.

A living breathing human being was murdered in the most cruel manner. I cannot imagine the pain victim went through. How can some people be so heartless I can't fathom. Justice must be served.
The mob attack has has been shown live on TV. Peaceful people were marching. Suddenly some lumpens came, reportedly they told the police why the emergency was closed and are being told as the local mob. 30-35 people just went inside the hospital and attacked, vandalised the entire hospital. Police and RAF together were 100-150 people, they just fled the area and hid inside the gynae department. They watched the entire thing without taking any action, and videos are available of that. Later when the mob went outside, police started going outside and both are stone pelting each other. Police threw tear gas and everything, and the entire incident is still telecasted on live media. Then some policemen got injured as well. Those miscreants just disappeared, and now police is arresting normal people who were either present in the hospital, or someone who came out for a candle march. TMC is blaming the entire thing on BJP and CPM. Vineet Goyel came on the scene, and is ranting about how the media and social media have spread misinformation against the police and how Kolkata Police is absolutely innocent. He said that it is untrue that police tried blocking evidence, we did not do anything and we are completely innocent. He also said that now CBI is enquiring, so let CBI bring evidence against me and my police, then you will blame us. The entire state machinery knows exactly what they are doing, and they know that it will be difficult, or maybe near to impossible for CBI to prove anything, because actually the state and the hospital entirely made the matter hush-hush, and cremated the victim's body without even consulting the victim's family. I stay at the victim's area, and the local TMC MLA Mr. Nirmal Ghosh is keeping a close eye on the victim's home, to see who are coming, who they are meeting- as if the victim's family did a crime and not the state and TMC bigshots. Our CM today blamed the opposition (BJP and CPM), and then celebrated 'Kanyashree diwas' by cutting cake and distributing biryanis to her party goons in the function. This is how TMC runs itself and this is how Mamata Banerjee is running our state since 2011. We are living in hell, a society where no voice is enough to describe what kind of a state West Bengal is made under Mamata's government. The real , intelligent and brave citizens of Bengal we support you. The quick reaction of the 2nd college students where the principal was transferred, the mass protests in a society ruled by fear, these are brave and intelligent actions.
The culprit runs a nexus for extorting the students,charges exorbitant amounts to facilitate their promotion after failures. Highly valued by the TMC ,his coterie of interns are engaged in this vicious game and were perhaps threatened by the victim's consistent denial to comply . These are the alleged perpetrators who have political back up and unfortunately no one has the guts to point a finger at the cost of their career. The victim was being harrassed over her PG thesis which was on hold and under pressure from some of her fellow interns who eventually stole her life and got away scots free.

In nirbhaya case, they were found guilty and still the court took 7-8 years to give them punishment. And their lawyer also tried really hard to get them out.
And in other case of Hathras, the rapists are given no punishment instead they are treated with garlands.

Suddenly some lumpens came, reportedly they told the police why the emergency was closed and are being told as the local mob. 30-35 people just went inside the hospital and attacked, vandalised the entire hospital. Police and RAF together were 100-150 people, they just fled the area and hid inside the gynae department. They watched the entire thing without taking any action, and videos are available of that. Later when the mob went outside, police started going outside and both are stone pelting each other. Police threw tear gas and everything, and the entire incident is still telecasted on live media. Then some policemen got injured as well. Those miscreants just disappeared, and now police is arresting normal people who were either present in the hospital, or someone who came out for a candle march. TMC is blaming the entire thing on BJP and CPM. Vineet Goyel came on the scene, and is ranting about how the media and social media have spread misinformation against the police and how Kolkata Police is absolutely innocent. He said that it is untrue that police tried blocking evidence, we did not do anything and we are completely innocent. He also said that now CBI is enquiring, so let CBI bring evidence against me and my police, then you will blame us. The entire state machinery knows exactly what they are doing, and they know that it will be difficult, or maybe near to impossible for CBI to prove anything, because actually the state and the hospital entirely made the matter hush-hush, and cremated the victim's body without even consulting the victim's family. I stay at the victim's area, and the local TMC MLA Mr. Nirmal Ghosh is keeping a close eye on the victim's home, to see who are coming, who they are meeting- as if the victim's family did a crime and not the state and TMC bigshots. Our CM today blamed the opposition (BJP and CPM), and then celebrated 'Kanyashree diwas' by cutting cake and distributing biryanis to her party goons in the function. This is how TMC runs itself and this is how Mamata Banerjee is running our state since 2011. We are living in hell, a society where no voice is enough to describe what kind of a state West Bengal is made under Mamata's government. I don't know about now... But 2 decades back my brother a dr working as JR/SR in a govt. Hospital in delhi used to have 48 hours shift as regular feature. 24/36/48 hour shifts were routine.

The culprit runs a nexus for extorting the students,charges exorbitant amounts to facilitate their promotion after failures. Highly valued by the TMC ,his coterie of interns are engaged in this vicious game and were perhaps threatened by the victim's consistent denial to comply . These are the alleged perpetrators who have political back up and unfortunately no one has the guts to point a finger at the cost of their career.
The victim was being harrassed over her PG thesis which was on hold and under pressure from some of her fellow interns who eventually stole her life and got away scots free.
