Osha's strapped in to her chair when she glances at an untethered Mech-nic crate... she unlocks it with her Swiss Army droid.Yay, a spacesuit, a star-warsie helmet, and some mag-boots!
But now ship's breaking up! osha struggles onto the ''wing'', surfing atmosphere like it's Dark Star... and oh look there's that fire 🔥 because the script needs to have a fire flashback (lots of available oxygen now)
Next a leap of faith (the force?)... some windy free fall... a cool parachute... big shot of the flaming inferno below as she floats onto a desolate planet.
More drama? Do the damaged chute trope and a high speed impact into the snow. She's got a sprained ankle oh no, and the Jedi save her from hungry space Wampapotomus.
Yes still ridiculous, but It connects her skillset to survival. It's epic, and It's narrowly plausible. Why am I better at this?

Im sure it takes place in an extremely diverse galaxy far far away, that looks a lot like down town New York City.

I really feel for those that have put a lot of their time and effort into Starwars only to have Disney do this to the Franchize. Turning Starwars into Gaywars is just not right.... not right. They should have just started a whole new gay thing instead and left Starwars alone.
